Services / Brand Diagnosis and Recommendations

Know what needs to change.

When people are not responding as you hoped, decide where to invest with a diagnosis grounded in your organization and its audiences.

A diagnosis links an audience encounter, supporting evidence and a recommended intervention.

When an answer is the work you need.

01

Before a rebrand

Your organization has changed, but it is unclear whether the issue is identity, positioning, communications or the way people experience your offer.

02

When interest does not become action

You are attracting inquiries or visits, but not the purchases, applications or support you expected.

03

When priorities compete

Your team has several possible projects and needs a reasoned basis for choosing where its time and resources will help most.

What you receive

THE DIAGNOSIS AND RECOMMENDATION

A clear basis for your next decision.

  1. The situation: the objective, audience and evidence examined.
  2. The diagnosis: what the evidence supports and which questions remain.
  3. The options: possible interventions, dependencies and trade-offs.
  4. The recommendation: priorities, practical next steps and how to assess progress.

An example: people visit, but do not apply.

More promotion may bring more visitors without improving applications. We would examine whether people understand eligibility, trust the service, can complete the application and can access what is offered.

A recommendation might focus on service information and the application journey. If available hours are the barrier, changing a headline will not resolve it. The diagnosis helps your organization direct resources toward the actual constraint.
