From the first conversation to work in use.

1

Tell us what you want to accomplish

Bring your ambition, question or existing brief. We discuss your organization, the people involved and what you need the work to enable. You do not have to select a service first.

2

Plan the engagement

We propose the work, fee, responsibilities and milestones. Together we identify who needs to contribute, who will make decisions and which materials or access the project needs.

3

Review work as it develops

You see actual research findings, language, design or prototypes. We explain our recommendations and use your feedback to refine the work. Reviews return to the audience, objectives and what the organization can deliver.

4

Prepare for use

We check the content, design and functionality, resolve issues and prepare the files and guidance your team needs. Deployment responsibilities are settled as part of the project, rather than left to the final handoff.

5

Learn and decide what comes next

Where evaluation is part of the engagement, we review audience responses and available results. That may lead to refinement, further work or a completed engagement.

Your knowledge is part of the work.

You understand the organization, its history and its practical realities. We bring brand expertise and the capacity to develop the work. We need both perspectives to make informed decisions.

Questions and disagreement are welcome. We discuss the implications of a change before it alters the plan, and keep the people responsible for the work involved.
