His MBA coursework spans strategy, economics, finance, organizational behavior, marketing and pricing, including brand development and management. Specializations in corporate-level strategy and entrepreneurship add attention to business models, partnerships and growth. Together with his consulting experience, this training informs how he considers brand decisions in relation to an organization’s objectives, resources and ability to deliver.
02Investigating how people understand and respond
His graduate communication studies include persuasion, public relations, risk communication and campaign interventions, alongside cross-cultural considerations in industrial and organizational psychology and the study of community. These perspectives help him consider how people interpret an organization’s actions, how culture and social relationships affect their responses, and what responsible communication requires.
03Research, judgment and implementation
Training in quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistics, data collection and inference supports his use of evidence. His research into organizational visibility and experience in audience and UX research connect these methods to practice. Work in brand identity, strategy, action planning, websites, campaigns and team leadership enables him to help investigate a need, recommend an appropriate response and implement the agreed work.
