Who is responsible

Missionwright is a Beavers Consultancy LLC business. This notice covers missionwright.com and inquiries sent through this website or to our Missionwright email addresses. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@missionwright.com.

Information you give us

Our contact form collects your name, email address, organization or business, inquiry type, message, and optional timing. If you email us directly, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential documents through the initial inquiry form.

We use this information to understand and respond to your request, discuss services, coordinate existing projects, or handle billing and administration. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

What happens when you submit an inquiry

The form saves your inquiry as a private record in our WordPress database and sends an email notification through our configured email service. Authorized website administrators can access saved inquiries. New inquiries are routed to hello@missionwright.com, existing-project inquiries to projects@missionwright.com, and billing or administrative inquiries to operations@missionwright.com.

Our email is provided through Namecheap, with GoSMTP connecting the website to our mailbox. A saved inquiry can remain available to our team even if its email notification fails. A submission confirmation means the website saved the inquiry; it does not guarantee email delivery or an immediate response.

Technical information and security

Operating the website involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. Our hosting and security services may record this information in access, error, or security logs to deliver the website, investigate faults, and prevent abuse.

The inquiry form uses a security token, a hidden spam-check field, and a short-lived identifier derived from your connection address to limit repeated submissions. It also temporarily identifies duplicate submissions. The inquiry record does not include a separate raw IP-address field, although hosting or security logs may contain an IP address.

WordPress, Loginizer, and our hosting services support site administration and security. Backuply is installed for backup management; backups, when created, can contain website data, including saved inquiries. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

CookieAdmin remembers your cookie choices. WordPress also uses cookies for administrator sign-in and essential functions. Optional analytics is off until you accept it. You can reject optional cookies and still browse or contact us, or change your choice using the cookie-preferences control. Our measurement code respects Global Privacy Control signals.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, measures pages visited, traffic sources, browser and device information, approximate location, engagement, navigation, service and case-study interest, downloads, contact-link clicks, and stages of the inquiry form. It records inquiry categories and whether a submission succeeds, not your typed name, email address, organization, message, or other form contents. We use these reports to improve content, usability and the routes to contacting us. Google receives technical connection information when analytics requests are sent. See how Google uses information from sites using its services.

Analytics cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga_ cookie, distinguish browsers and sessions; their default lifetime is up to two years and may be renewed by a visit. They are separate from your saved cookie choice. We do not enable advertising tags, Google signals, personalized advertising or a cross-site User-ID in this setup. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further measurement from our integration and clears its analytics cookies; it does not erase reports already received by Google. You can also delete cookies in your browser.

After a consented successful inquiry, a short-lived first-party receipt helps count the submission once without sending its contents to Google. It expires within five minutes or is removed when used. Declining analytics does not stop the inquiry from being saved and routed to our team.

Who receives information

Information is available to the people handling your request and to service providers involved in website hosting, email delivery, security, and backup operations, as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or legal claims. Following a link to another website brings you under that website’s own privacy practices.

How long information remains

Saved inquiry records remain in WordPress until an authorized administrator deletes them; the inquiry system does not currently apply an automatic deletion period. Email copies, delivery or security logs, and backups are managed separately, so deleting an inquiry record does not automatically delete every copy. If you ask for deletion, we will review those locations and explain any information that must remain for legal, accounting, security, or ongoing-service reasons.

Your questions and choices

You can choose not to submit a form and contact us by email instead. You can ask about the personal information we hold from your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing hello@missionwright.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your own records. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live and the law that applies to your request.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our website’s information handling changes and show the revised date above.
